I did mine in november and the nurse just stood behind me and whispered a couple of things. Not really much use to you as I guess it depends who doesnt it and how quietly they whisper. Try not to worry 💪🏽

When I did mine the nurse didn’t stand too far behind me and whispered a selection of numbers that you had to repeat as she said them. Just get a mate or someone to stand a couple of metres behind you and whsisper a few things👍🏻

I did my RAD day almost ten years ago.
Regarding the new ARC, for the writing tests can you use block capitals? My hand writing was never the best!

I done my ARC yesterday (Friday 2nd), the nurse stood a couple meters behind me whispered a few questions which I had to reply to and also asked me to repeat a few things.

She did test both ears individually by asking me to put a finger in one of my ears then swap after each question.

Nothing to worry about regarding the hearing test, I have troublesome ears and have done since childhood, the hearing test was one of my worries, but was surprised how straightforward it was.
