Yeah saw the Time off in Lieu bit , but just wondered if that's the only way to get it paid , ie Extra shift maybe paid differently sort of thing

Video Appointment - 20 MAY
Conditional Offer - 29 JUNE
Vetting Passed - 11 JULY
The Call - 22 SEPT
Start Date - 16 NOV
Newbold - 30 NOV

Toil = time of in leau
Basically if you work an extra hour or whatever you can bank it and take time off at later date.
Overtime = PP payment plus paid at 22 per hour

TOIL PP decided by who ever is authorising the extra time

I think a CM, or maybe an SO can authorise Toil. An example could be late leaving work due to an incident, disorder for example.
Do you know if the pay recommendations went through? I’ll be on national pay scale anyway.

Yes the tables show the recommendations for pay for 1st September 2020. Was it approved? Or still being negotiated?

@LondonLad -- this is also where I'm confused , my contract says I'll start on 37 hrs at 22293 per year ( that's including the 17%), and cant see where that ties into anything on that payable 🤔
