To provide any such service to a prisoner for nothing more than good behaviour that would cost us or anyone enjoying their freedom on the outside a fee or subscription is rather offensive I feel!. I'm not talking about basic freeview TV that I'm guessing would come under and be covered by a more communal licence. But more a premium TV service like sky that can't be got for free for good behaviour on the outside, so why should it on the inside?.
