is that the situation, the HMP website for HMP and the G4S site for private? Or is there more to it? Anyone know? (because I am getting emails from people who want a job!! )

I would have thought that a bit of initiative and a couple of hours on the internet would probably help a potential candidate to find most all of what they are looking for? Just sayin'... I mean... initiative is probably a useful attribute in this job, no?
