Newbold not providing accommodation and dont drive

So i finally got my start date however i am due to go to newbold and got told accommodation wont be provided which is a problem as i dont drive and cant exactly get a taxi every day.
Anyone know any help i could get ?

You will be able to claim reasonable travel expenses. If getting their is a huge issue then speak to your people hub team at your establishment.

I have been provided a HR email for the prison im going to, would that be worth emailing?
The one i got guven that i am meant to email wuth any issues for training doesnt work.

Had an email from hmp leicester.

They will ensure i can get there and back. Will more than likely be able to carshare.
Restrictions might change before i start and may be able to be residental. Hopefully haha.
