83% arc score

Hi I've passed my arc but had email to say passed where find out the score?

You have to wait a few days and they will send you an email with all your results on

I agree when we were on the initial briefing at the arc they did say the better we performed the better chance we had of getting a position, they never indicated what was a reasonable score tho.

when you go on the merit list, I am assuming they take the highest scoring candidates first, if there is only one position then the top one will take it, if there is 3 the top 3 will take it and so on...
If the people fail their vetting, they will go back to the merit list and take the next highest scoring

if 2 people have passed and on the merit list, your score could quite low in comparison to others across the country but you could be higher than the person on your list. you could get a high score but if everyone else got high scores then you could be out of luck

I'm not 100% sure, I'm just going off what I have read and speaking to the people who ran the ARC

Your pass score 100% is important, the higher your percentage, the higher up the merit list you are and they pick from the top of the list down. If theres only 20 vacancies for the establishment you applied for, then the top 20 on the merit list will be chosen.

Ladder although I’m inclined to agree with you I’ve never read of anyone’s ARC accreditation expiring before being offered a placement

I got 67%, was on the merit list for 2 weeks got the offer today

Waiting time is down to region. I scored 86% and it took 7 months to get a provisional offer, 6 weeks to clear vetting and after passing fitness for a second time I’m still waiting for ‘The Call’. It’s been a long 9 months and counting but hang in there. It will come when you’re not expecting it.

I will just say northern England. Recruitment seems to move quicker the further south you go
