I have an interview next week

Anyone who has had an interview, can you tell me what they asked?

Trying to interview prep but can’t find out what type of questions they will ask me

Is this for a Sodexo role?? Their interviews are very different and if I am completely honest it is not likely you can prep. It’s a strengths based interview which is very much like a psychometric tears. They give a series of statements, you need to say if it’s like you or not and then you need to quantify your answer. It involves a lot of quick thinking!
