Confused about a message

Hi
Ive applied for a job at one prison and got this message

“Thank you for completing stage 2 of the online tests. We are currently reviewing your application and will be in touch shortly to advise you on next steps.”

I then applied for another afterwards and didn’t have to do the online tests, I assume it used the scores from the first one. But now it says this message

“We are currently arranging a suitable time for your selection event within the next few weeks and you will shortly be invited to select a suitable time and venue.“

Does this mean I’ve got through to the ARC ?

Yes. I've had the same message now for over a month. I guess due to covid they're either not running ARCs at the moment or are limiting them.

Time to be patient, patience is now key. Waiting for an email is what you need to do. The process is so slow, you will get a date eventually.. They are pushing on with recruitment but in a different format like video interviews and socially distanced Arcs.
