Start dates

I've received the call tonight to say my start date is 19/10/20. Training is at my home establishment. Application 06/01, ARC 18/02, Vetting 10/08. Been a long process but finally an end in sight.

Just received my Start date 16th November- 2 weeks in establishment -- then Newbold

Thanks Pal -- And yeah definitely a good sign with people getting dates , I would.like to add that they never called me , I had an email ( In Spam ) , that asked me to call them, mentioning it just in case some have missed it -
I've recieved my contract etc , and everything in regards to Newbold-- One question I have is , has the training been condensed ?? As I'm sure it was 2 weeks at Establishment, then 10 weeks -- mine is 8 weeks ? Also , I didn't wanna ask, but anyone know if I'll be off at xmas

Hi Craig, I have been told the training centre, will be closed for 2 weeks at Christmas.

I remember some thread last year regarding Xmas and if my memory serves correct I think the training stops but you go to your establishment instead.

I believe you get the option to work at home establishment as osg or have the time off.
