Just had my contract through, start dates confirmed with joining instructions for POELT and induction at Newbold. No mentions of possible delays due to the dreaded Covid 19 ...

Roll on April 27th.
Where are you doing your training? I start mine 27th April at HMP Humber

Hello everyone,

I got my Conditional offer yesterday evening!!

I got to fill the pre-employement check form. It includes many questions. My concern is filling the fields related to convictions. I have few cases against me in my home country. I have never been arrested, however, the cases are still in the local court there. I wonder if I should select 'No' or say Yes I have pending cases against me?

My fear is they might not give me this job if I mention it.

No disrespect, but if you dont mention it then what would that say to recruitment and vetting regarding your integrity if and when they find out about them.

At least if your honest and upfront then if you fail vetting you can try to appeal. But honesty is key
