I have asthma. Didn't get called. I attached a copy of my repeat prescription so they could see the name and dosage of the inhalers, so maybe that's why I didn't get called. Expected one for them to check it was controlled asthma but they just signed me fit for work

Hi all;

I had some 'yes'es on my OH form too, so have just forwarded my permission for medical records access form and back to waiting again...it is case by case, and for me personally, my consultant and GP have to clarify I've made steady progress on medication for a neurological problem. I've been on the vetting train for a year already but don't mind...if it gives my colleagues satisfaction that I can run after them in an emergency then it's worth it. This waiting process has been a killer though. They asked for patient applicants so doing my best ;) x

I’ve not even heard from OH assist yet and been in vetting 3 months. Hearing would at least make me feel like something is happening! Oh well looks like I’m in for the long haul :wink:
