POELT length.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I though POELT was 1 week at establishment then 8 weeks training then 1 week back at establishment before joining your shift.

My contract which still has lots of errors states it's 10 weeks at training centre.

Can anyone confirm this?

You do one week at your establishment first, then 10 weeks of POELT, then back at your establishment for another week before going live.

It did used to be 8 weeks - the actual POELT course as well as the week before and the week after the course being in establishment. I read it somewhere...Can't for the life of me remember where lol! It's only changed as recent as within the last few years though 👍

I think the key thing is not to display where you work and what you do. You wouldn't want to attract undesirable attention.

If your plain coat/jacket covers up your ID etc, then why not.
