Really strange but I've had an email from occupational health this evening asking me to fill in the questionnaire. Just got to get my immunisation history off my doctors tomorrow and then my health questionnaire is complete 
not sure whether this means I've moved on in my vetting or not? But just nice to get an update!

Yes that’s the same medical form I completed mid March I got a call a week after I submitted it to book a telephone call with an occupational health nurse for a chat which was the following day to discuss something I had put on the questionnaire I think this is normal though. Got my fitness and medical next week so
