Hi guys. I haven't failed my vetting but I rang ss up the other day and they said my information has not gone to final decisions team just yet but it has gone to the business team does anybody know what this is ss said there's nothing to worry about I just wondered if anyone else has been told this. All my vetting is complete obviously I don't know if I've passed or not yet just the business team in unsure on any help would be appreciated. P.s I have tried looking what it means on internet before posting this.

If you fail vetting they in there own rights dont have to tell you, same with the police. Fail vetting there they state before vetting that they are under no obligation to tell you why you fail if you fail. Down to them and to be honest rightly so, you can find out but it takes a while and you have to go down a few routes lol.
Just appeal, explain in said appeal you everything and that you feel you have give everything and then go from there.

I'd assume that you have appealed by now or at least formally enquired on the nature of your failure of the vetting process in writing or email MajorPhail?. If shared services can see what the issue is with the very limited information they have access to maybe it's something of a less sensitive non third party issue?. Either medical or former employer related that could be easier to appeal or clarify?.
