You need 5 yrs address details
5 years work history with names addresses and emails and contact phone numbers

Scanned coppies of your ID and right to work docs what you took to rad

Details of any criminal record however old including speeding tickets

Contact details and email for your countersignitory person

I think that's about it 😀😀😀😀

Well done and good luck!
Since we are on the subject hopefully someone can clarify something to me.
I have done RAD last Friday, results came on Tuesday and this evening I have received a conditional offer from the prison I applied to. If I accept the offer does this mean I have signed a contract and am now legally responsible?

No you have not signed a contract. A conditional offer is just an offer with conditions that they will give you said job if you pass the conditions set, eg vetting. They have every right to cancel said offer at any time as well. Its basically just reserving you a space

A conditional letter of employment is a formal job offer that is dependent on the employee passing certain tests or conditions. The job offer is formalized only after all the conditions are successfully met. If the applicant does not pass your company's requirements, you simply revoke or rescind the job offer.

Thank you, that was quick! Good to know that there are people here who can help so efficiently.
If the recruitment team/prison can revoke the offer do I have the same right? Just in case my circumstances change?
(Not that I intend to but it is good to know at which point it is considered that I entered into a contract)

The countersigned photos will likely be required to be taken in to your establishment by hand at some point between getting the call and starting your induction week.

They will ask to bring your photos at your establishment when you'll start
