so the reason is , you haven't been added to the group yet, Chez32 : is the above member due to be added? 
kinku 5 try doing this, go to your UCP> select Usergroups> find Hervoice > select Hervoice by activating adjacent peg > Request to join (from dropdown)
so the person above that, if you can’t seem to activate your account have you read the thread on that? (please reply on THAT thread , not this one)
