Shift Calendar

Post by Scotty22 »

Hi folks bit of an odd one. Does anyone use an app for their shifts or even better Google calendar?

Hello,

I enrolled into check my diary https://sign-in.hmpps.service.justice.gov.uk/auth/login

If you’ve not signed up, send a screenshot of your shift pattern from InVision to yourself

I can send you the link from my @justice.gov.uk email next Monday, when I return to work from annual leave.

Not sure how you can provide an email address over a public forum?

Alternatively, contact the helpdesk on 0800 917 5148 and ask to sign up to ‘Check My Diary’ to see your detail.

I think will ask for quantum ID (desktop username) and employee no.

I finish training next week and never heard of this. I’ll be back at my prison next week. It’s sounds a good idea having this.

I use the check my diary, it's a little slow but usable.
Email the address above with your quantum ID, Justice.gov email address, your full name and establishment along with personal email and mobile number, they set you up pretty quickly and send you an email/ text with link. You use your NOMIS password. And 2 factor authentication via code sent via text.

Does anyone know which cycle to work scheme the prison service use? It seems there are a few different schemes that have slightly different benefits.
Not the right thread but I thought I’d ask on a thread with some people who are in employment

Can you email them from your private email address or does it have to be the justice one? I know my passwords.

London, you can use your private as long as you provide work email address.
