Think I'd rather do the bleep test again.... Backwards 😂

So, I’m sitting happily filling in the vetting forms but I have a small worry in the back of my mind (References). My main concern is my current employers being contacted during the process 😬. Also, my current employers are also previous employers and it just makes me a bit uneasy.

Hi sorry to jump in but does anyone know what my application status means “ Your application is currently going through pre-employment checks with either higher level checks and/or Health outstanding.”

It has just recently changed to this from “being referred for a decision.

I felt the same about my employers being contacted for references because they would be dicks. In the end my references wasn't contacted 🤣

It’s not that they’d be dicks it’s just if I’m not successful then it’s going to cause issues down the line

My employer found out that I applied for this job and they were being dicks about it, they cancelled all my training and upcoming courses, talked down at me just because I was considering leaving. I don't think they realised that only made me want to leave more.

Congrats Buzzkill187 !!
