Anyone know of any benefits of working for the prison service other than blue light card? Sometimes when you work for employers they'll get discounts with certain companies and I'm just wondering if the prison service has any deals that I should be aware of.
I need an eye test and I'm wondering if the service would pay any contribution towards eye tests/glasses.

You can get a load of benefits if you are a member of the POA (Prison Officers Association). Including Eye tests, and other health benefits. Take a look on their website and see what they have on offer.
