Anyone on here in the SPS ??

What is the recruitment process when applying for a job in the Scottish service ??

How do you think it differs from HMP in England and Wales ?

I once caught a shoplifter in my shop who, when detained started banging on about how he "had Barlinnie on lock" and "ran tings" in there, and he was getting his boys down to sort me out. I didnt have a clue what or where he was on about as I had never heard of the place.
Then a week later Ross Kemp was on tv and doing Barlinnie.
Never seen the guy again.

I’m fancying getting myself a kilt and going north of the border, as a family, we are wanting to live as rural as possible, live off the land, be out of the way.

Had a great virtual interview today with SPS staff, was absolutely bricking it before hand but I was put at ease very quickly, nice people

How was the SPS interview I have mine on Tuesday?

The interview was great, there were two SPS staff carrying out the interview, both nice people, I was pacing around all morning with worry but soon after starting the interview, I felt very comfortable and at ease.
