So I've got my ARC on Monday (London). I feel like I've got my eyes open about the nature of the job and the risks, things I will see/be exposed to.
I like to train in kickboxing and boxing several times a week (evenings and Saturday pm) and whilst I'm aware that working as a Prison Officer would impact on how often I make it I would like to be able to continue (there's lots of sessions so can easily be flexible about when I attend).
Can anyone give information etc about being able to maintain a level of work/life balance?
