Hmps duty "is to keep in custody those convicted by the courts "

You have been convicted by the courts ! while yes it wasnt a custodial sentence ! But it was still a sentence given by a court of law !

Therefore it makes you unsutable for consideration for any position in a custodial environment !

And you should stop fooling yourself that a drink drive conviction isnt that seriouse it is one of the most selfish and vile crimes around

1000's of people are killed each year by idiots who drive over the prescribed limit

1 mg or 100mg over you were still over ! And you were rightly prosecuted
Falkor is a cunt

not true

CPS have guidelines and 1 mg over doesn't cut it

same as 1 mph over the speed limit, CPS would never run it
stop fooling yourself that a drink drive conviction isnt that seriouse it is one of the most selfish and vile crimes around
one of the most selfish and vile crimes around? it's a crime but let's not get carried away eh? :slwh:
CPS guidelines wrote: Although the prescribed breath alcohol limit is 35 micrograms, a driver will not be prosecuted under section 5 with a breath alcohol level of less than 40 micrograms
so there you have a leeway of 5 straight off, how this Lady got done at 38.5 is still baffling me, CPS going back to 1990 would never run a case unless 40+
Hmps duty "is to keep in custody those convicted by the courts "
and the people who benefit most from keeping those in custody are those OUTSIDE prison

Judicial precedent will play a part in that Falkor. I believe Chilli was in the army, so they of course would be harsher on him. And previous cases would have resulted in the judge following them.

I don’t think People’s problems lie with the drink driving as the biggest problem with Natasha. It is the fact that 1) the conviction was recent. 2) she had previous prior to that so has a history of poor judgments. 3) she’s admitted she’s a recovering alcoholic and 4) she has the attitude of a teenager who has been ask to tidy their room!!

Yes but if you read, his conviction was when he was 17, 11 years ago. He also expresses remorse. None of which has been seen by Natasha.

there are several people on this thread admitting to previous convictions etc, Natasha is one of them :slhe:

I have to say if you are reading it from page 1 , get a paracetamol ready , it can get pretty confusing :slm:

(make notes as you go along_) :slcoo:

From the sound of it chill was unfortunate in he woke up after having a few drinks and was still over the limit, could happen to anyone and yes he would have been dealt with by the courts and military. He hasn’t done anything wrong since so learned from his stupid mistake.

This woman is and and always will be an alcoholic who shows no maturity and believes it is her god given right to be a prison officer even with her PNC showing stuff up she hasn’t declared and a previous recent drink driving ban. Not a trustworthy person in mine and many other people’s opinions.

SWM what you say may be true

can everybody on this thread read what SWM said please? shall we accept his words as correct? shall we agree on it?

now having done that could I ask all members not to simply add further replies saying exactly what he said again and again? let's move on? maybe the time has come for the thread to be locked :slcoo:
