In terms of your first week, i imagine your shift pattern is pretty standard? do you have any idea what your shift pattern is like when you go live once training is done??
I play hockey for my local club and really wanna know if its worth asking the question about being free for training and games. A friend of mine is in the police and she is aways at training and can always play, her shifts never fall on those times.

@Dookie197 -- I've got all my shifts till August 2021 - Was told once yours shifts are given, they are set in stone - was on 0800-1730 first week -- and this week I'm on
Monday - 0745-1730 ( Main )
Tuesday - 0730 - 2100 ( Long A Shift )
Wednesday- 0745 - 1230 ( Early )
Thursday- 1215-1730
Friday - 0745 -1230
But that's only down as training on the Detail -- Once college is over those early fridays come round sometimes , every other weekend off , some weekends off include a Monday or Friday as well - 7 nights followed by 8 off - it works for me as I will work round work- As for.your Hockey Training , I'd probably say if your off you could go , they wont change your shift once its given , unless you book it off as leave .
ARC - 21 Mar 2020
Video Appointment - 20 MAY
Conditional Offer - 29 JUNE
Vetting Passed - 11 JULY
The Call - 22 SEPT
Start Date - 16 NOV
Newbold - 30 NOV

That is good then Craig, I heard you don't usually get your shift pattern until you finish training. In with the great results you are!

Hi mate,

Im new to this so just had a couple of questions. I passed my arc in January got provisional offer in July but had to do additional medical due to history of epilepsy.

My status now reads "We shall be in contact with you shortly to let you know the next stage of the recruitment process."

I just wondered if you received a email or call with start date and if you recieved DBS check through the post before starting. 👍🏼

I was vetting for 5 weeks, status changed once in that time to "referred for a decision" then 2 weeks later had the call.
