Congrats! Also download strava it’ll map your jogs and give you a breakdown at the end of you’ve recorded your jog, that way you can see your progress, couch 2 5k is brill for beginners starts off really slow abs builds along the weeks xx

Well done! Best thing to do is jogging everyday I downloaded couch to 5k abs went for long distance jogs everyday prior to my fitness… worked wonders I did feel much fitter , good luck x

Oreo123 if it helps in anyway I passed vetting with 1 caution , 1 CCJ and 1 dismissal I was terrified I wouldn’t pass vetting with all 3 but I did, I declared it all and also responded to emails for more info regarding my dismissal and CCJ , I think it’s protocol for them to ask for more info try no...

I think so but I heard some parts of England was taking part a little later … but I will also be starting the apprenticeship in sept :)

Yes most defiantly but I find we not really being allowed to have our choice as even though we are not blatantly being made to have it, in some ways it’s being forced by making things difficult like travel etc for people who are not vaccinated

I would hope not, as I don’t intend on being vaccinated although I can already see they are making things very difficult for people who are not vaccinated which very annoying, however a cousin of mine is a midwife who hasn’t been vaccinated and her hospital hasn’t made her have it

Oh yes whilst ya waiting defiantly start practising for the bleep part of the fitness as that’s the most difficult element of the whole test the other parts are easy tbh, I downloaded couch fo 5k and strava app and just done jogging in the evenings… If ya manage a few weeks of this I’m positive you’...

I got my offer via email 2 days after VARC which I was very surprised about… so hopefully your not waiting to long but one thing I’ve noticed is everyone’s journey is very different and patience is key, even though I had a quick turnaround on my offer my vetting was 16 weeks long :slm: XX
