Re: Do I disclose a community resolution?
Disclose it all. It's better than something coming out a year down the line and losing your job.

Re: ARC Birmingham
Sorry to hear that you weren't successful at your ARC Lisa, nerves do strange things to people. Don't be disheartened though, reapply when you're able and I am sure you will pass the second time.

Re: Salary explained
From what I gather your salary whilst training is based on 37hrs a week, and doesn't include your 17% unsociable hours (although don't quote me on that). I'm sure someone with more info will answer for you shortly.

Re: V-ARC and fitness test
It all seems a bit mixed up to me. I have an in person ARC booked for the 9th December. I'm glad I don't have to do the virtual one...for me...I need to actually be with the person I am talking to...not on facetime or similar.

I've just booked my ARC. So it appears they are resuming 'in person' assessments.

Re: Confused about a message
Yes. I've had the same message now for over a month. I guess due to covid they're either not running ARCs at the moment or are limiting them.

Re: Prison Officer And OSG Application
Ok guys...so I just applied to another prison in my local area, and my test pass has transferred. So it appears that a pass with one application will now apply to all future applications. Just waiting for an ARC date now.
