How much probation you got left? Maybe wait until its over, depending on your line manager they say wait until probation is over before any moves. A friend of mine is a officer in another establishment to me, he told me about a lad that has downgraded to osg but didnt go into detail about it.

Yea, they said bring passport photos, but when I got there they had a security clerk take a picture for my ID instead of them lol

They say to wear as close to the uniform you can, black trousers, black shoes, white shirt, tie. But most just turn up smart

Tbh I don't, when I had my assessment day it was in 2019 and they only asked me to bring proof of address and ID. Because I was almost a year on merit list I had to redo my fitness in March last year they only asked me to bring ID. Sorry can't help with those forms.

Face masks in prison, then mask, gloves and plastic apron on escorts. Then all that and face visor when dealing with covid prisoners.

Yea I turned up in my shorts and t-shirt for the fitness test. Same as jcox I turned up for assessment day in shirt and tie. Good luck you'll be fine.

On my course it was 4 male and 6 female, ages very. Group after mine had a 55year old bloke and had people thats just left uni.
