I believe the £19531 is the base pay, the £22293 is inclusive of unsociable hours. The £22293 is based on a 37 hour week, which is what you are paid for during poelt. Once you go live you’ll have the option of working 37/39/41 hours and your salary will change should you choose to increase your hours.

Morning, you need to account for your last 5 years of employment on the vetting forms. I would imagine your situation is not uncommon, companies reduce staffing levels/relocate/cease trading all the time.
