Re: Salary query
I believe the £19531 is the base pay, the £22293 is inclusive of unsociable hours. The £22293 is based on a 37 hour week, which is what you are paid for during poelt. Once you go live you’ll have the option of working 37/39/41 hours and your salary will change should you choose to increase your hours.

Happy New Year!
Wishing everyone on the site all the very best for the year ahead. Hope you all get to where you want to be and fingers crossed we’ll see the back of the virus and these wretched lockdowns.
Take care

Re: HMP Holme House
Yeah, I gathered that when you mentioned your dads old jail is one of only a few with a functional watering hole (Tythe Barn) in a post a while back. Believe it’s the only one in the country these days, that’s what we were told on poelt anyway.

Saw these earlier, Bearguy. I’d be straight onto them if I wasn’t stuck in limbo.

Re: ARC Results
I am currently on a merit list. Will this be extended in light of the current situation? For those candidates that are currently on a reserve/merit list which is due to expire before 30th September 2020, we have received dispensation to extend ARC accreditation to 31st December 2020. Should a role ...

Re: Been rejected for one but approved for another
I think it’s just a case of completing one application fully ie - Online tests and Arc. Once you’ve passed everything, you can then email the recruitment team and ask for your results to be mirrored on to any other live recruitment campaigns that suit you. Contact the recruitment team and they’ll be...

Ahh reet, I see. I’m only 15-20 minutes from HH and about the same from DM. Hopefully get my vetting situation sorted before soon else I’ll probably be waiting another year for a north east campaign.

Re: Has anyone ever failed vetting and for what reason?
Morning, you need to account for your last 5 years of employment on the vetting forms. I would imagine your situation is not uncommon, companies reduce staffing levels/relocate/cease trading all the time. Personally, I would give the details for HR and make reference to the situation in the Addition...
